Yes, the cost of food is included. This portion is just an estimate based on average prices. To keep costs lower, meals are split between cooking and dining out. While dining out, cost is depended solely on the discretion of the traveler.

This is hard to estimate, because it is dependent on the airlines. From previous experience, round-trip Chicago to Rome can range from $500 – $750. After booking numerous, international flights, I feel confident in my ability to find the most cost-conscious flights for my travelers!

I recommended calling in advance for locations that claim you don’t need an appointment. Sometimes the information is not up to date and the location will not do a walk-in.

I would recommend not attaching your photo until they instruct it. Previously, I had to redo my entire form, because they didn’t like how the photo was stapled.
